Luxury chocolate & Mint Truffles
100g Plain chocolate with Min 75% cococa
100g Plain Chocolate with mint (or orange flavour if you prefer)
60g Butter
4 Tablespoons of Caster Sugar
1 Large Egg
Chocolate Sprinkles for Decoration
- Melt the chocolate and Butter in a saucepan on Level 1 on an Induction Hob (if using normal hob, use glass bowl method)
- Once melted add in sugar and stir together for a minute
- Take off heat and break egg in and mix until thick texture
- Put into fridge for about 1 hour until slightly hardened
- Remove from fridge and roll into balls, then dip into sprinkles and chill in fridge for approx 1/2 hour.
